June 27, 2010 - The Association of Friends of the MR expressed full solidarity with Palestinian peace activists attacked and beaten on the night of June 24 by thugs, so-called Jews of the BBG and of UGEI,
and expresses:
- serious condemnation of those newspapers that spoke of "brawl", justifying a lie with the thugs and making their accomplices;
- disgust for the lies and defamatory statements clearly infamous and intentionally left the mouths of representatives of the Jewish community which, as reported by "Corriere della Sera", have argued that the Palestinian protesters were armed with wire chains and knives, thus demonstrating that he embraced a style of behavior in any democratic community, especially historically, victim of lies, should be ashamed;
- concern for our friends and Ahmed Francis, which has now admitted to the CTO and the process of being transferred to St. John to be made to the maxillofacial because of the beatings suffered by the squad enemy of palestinians;

There are no words to justify the actions of Israeli governments, and those who do, as Undersecretary Mantica which we are ashamed, plays the dual role of accomplice to the crime and the criminal sponsor.

OPEN LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC of May 7, 2010
Dear President,
We have learned that the state of Israel has chosen as a defender of democratic values, to allocate a significant premium.
Disturbing to know that a country which practices apartheid, which systematically violates UN resolutions, using prohibited weapons as he likes, who despises tragically human rights, which takes under siege and a half million people, stealing water and soil for decades, firing on ambulances, which bombed schools, hospitals and holy places, be allowed to stand in recognition of another's dispenser of democracy, and we know that offends you, President of our Republic, has been awarded recognition representatives of that State.
Please, Mr President not to go to Tel Aviv to receive an award which endorses the work of Israel. Please do not consent to a ceremony that would only read the consent and cooperation towards an uncritical occupying state trying to win this way merits in view of its application for admission to the OECD and to maintain impunity for his crimes .
Please, Mr. President, you subtract all of this. Subtract the values in the name of the Resistance that fought a day.
His refusal, Mr. President, would be an encouragement to that part, but honestly the Democratic minority of Israelis who are asking the world to save Israel from itself, to those Israelis and Palestinians who want to practice the boycott to induce Israel to the true respect for democracy.

WE SYMPATHIZE EMERGENCY AND ESTIMATES
The Association of Friends of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society expresses its solidarity towards the absolute estimate of Emergency, Gino Strada and the work of its volunteers whose second act concretely universal humanitarian principles is indisputable.
AMLRP The Association hopes that all operators will be arrested and returned to the freedom that the Italian government endeavors to their compatriots and to confirm to Emergency dignity and respect that are due.
The Friends of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, invites its members and supporters to show their support to Emergency participating in the demonstration organized in Rome at Piazza San Giovanni on April 17 at 14.30.

THE ITALIAN GOVERNMENT NOT TALK IN OUR NAME
Outraged, and disgusted with the proof of cynicism and contempt for the Palestinian people, to declare support for and complicity with the crimes committed and those planned by Israel,
to say Frattini, a Berlusconi ally of the Holocaust and to those who make Palestinian
not represent us.
There are not even the false tears of the massacre in Gaza, if not accompanied by condemnation of the army that has committed and to the government that it ordered.
Jewish Holocaust would be like crying without condemning Nazism.
We are angry as Italian citizens, as democrats who feel hurt democracy, as human beings who see the humiliation of the rights of other human beings the perpetuation of violence and injustice.

At this time approximately 1500 people, men and women, old and young people of many nationalities are seeking a noble, peaceful action to bring world attention on the plight of Gaza, besieged and starved by Israel with the connivance of Egypt and the shameful support of the Italian government.
Women and men bring with them medical supplies for alleviating the sufferings of that million and a half of hell siege of Gaza, deprived of every resource and outraged in their dignity as human beings, they risk not being able to fulfill their mission because Egypt, bent by the Israeli diktat, preventing them from entering.
A year ago the world watched the nth brutality of the army of Israel, a state that proclaims itself democratic, even trample on international law and systematically violate human rights. A year ago, with the name as horrible realistic "molten lead", Israel proceeded to massacre in Gaza.
This year, the world does not hear the roar of bombs and thanks to the semi-silence the press, which ignores the victims of 1400 bombing since been joined by 344 others, due to the ban d 'Israel to bring food and medicine, absolute disregard of all law and all civil conviction.
The Friends of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, while declaring its full appreciation for the noble work of the Italian volunteers and international efforts to break the siege,
REQUESTS
On behalf dell'irrinunciabile right to correct information,
to newspapers, TV and all the media, to give due importance to the "Gaza Freedom March"
REQUESTS
to the democratic parties, trade unions, to men of art and culture to the world of voluntary associations and civil, to move in support of Gaza Freedom March, relying on Egypt to open Rafah who port reaffirming solidarity with the victims of the siege and demanding,
own risk, respect for human rights for all.

To organize in different cities provide information and support via telephone links with the Italian operations in the Middle East and to join in Rome, Tuesday '29 December from 18 hours, for a similar initiative at the headquarters of the Christian Community Basic San Paolo, Via Ostiense 152 / B.
